Job DetailsRoles & Responsibilities – Superintendent:
- Oversee daily field operations and site logistics
- Manage subcontractor activities and schedules
- Enforce safety standards and quality control
- Communicate with PMs, clients, and inspectors
- Ensure on-time project delivery with minimal punch list
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through closeout
- Strong knowledge of trades, codes, and construction sequencing
- OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred
