Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on complex commercial transactions and business development initiatives
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and partnerships
- Support M&A activities, due diligence processes, and corporate governance matters
- Advise on regulatory compliance and emerging technology legal frameworks
- Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and risk management
- Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee legal matters
- Support intellectual property strategy and protection initiatives
- Assist with corporate structuring and entity management
- Handle employment law matters and HR legal support
- Provide guidance on data privacy and cybersecurity legal requirements
Requirements
- J.D. from top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
- 6-10 years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms or comparable in-house roles
- Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
- Experience with complex commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate governance
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex matters
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience in technology, fintech, or emerging industries preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
