Job DetailsDesired Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor
- Experience estimating commercial, institutional, municipal, or education projects
- Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, takeoffs, and cost modeling
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
